It’s Chuck… Mr. Cheese if you’re nasty

Friday, June 23rd, 2006

The GrandParents made it in from Kalamazoo and were able to spend some quality time with their first granddaughter. A little more wagon time, some more golf, and mixed it up a bit at the Chuck E. Cheese.

We went to Navy Pier last Saturday. Remember the picture of Grace from last year? Here are some pictures from the Merry-Go-Round and the Ferris Wheel. Or as Grace would call it… the Ferris-Go-Round.

Motown’s Prior Beating

Tuesday, June 20th, 2006

Yesterday, we were able to witness Prior’s return to the mound and 8 homeruns by the Detroit Tigers. Besides a 12-3 loss by the Cubbies, we had a great day with The Reynolds’. We ended up with some great seats, the rain held off and we closed things off with a Luigi from Bar Louie.

I nabbed this pic over at The Stams. After a nice dinner, we headed over to check out the Grand Haven Musical Fountain. This is a picture of the two beautiful, pregnant ladies and the men by the river where the water show is. When did I get so grey?

Hanging with Ashley

Friday, June 16th, 2006

The Reynolds family came up to Grand Haven from Chicago for a long weekend. Grace was able to hang with her friend Ashley over the past few days. They were very cute together. Grace can’t wait to see Ash at Jeremy’s Birthday Party on Saturday.

On Sunday we headed to the Old Country Buffet in Kalamazoo, Michigan for a family reunion for Jean’s Father’s side of the family. The host of the gathering was Grace’s 98 year-old great grandmother. A great time was had by all.

I once caught a fish…

Monday, June 12th, 2006

Yesterday, my buddies and I rented a boat and went fishing out on Lake Michigan. Caught some Coho Salmon, King (Chinook) Salmon, Lake Trout and Stam was the master at catching Sheepshead. It should make for some good eatin’ over the next couple of weeks (all but the Sheepshead).

Dad and JoAnn had a great time here. Unfortunately, it is the rainy season and we weren’t able to get out on the Bank Junk as I thought in an earlier post. We did manage to have pretty good time though. Here are some random pics over the past week. I now know where I get my fashion sense.
